By commissioning me, you are agreeing to and acknowledge the Terms of Service below.
Violation of these terms may result in the termination of the license to use the commissioned work. Failure to read these Terms of Service does not exempt the commissioner from them.
I aim to provide good communication with clients and tend to prefer a more relaxed and slower working pace. I am open to experimenting with new ideas. Please do not commission my services if your project has a strict deadline.

| Major modifications (including new outfits, redraws, or edits by another artist/rigger) require prior written permission from all original artist(s) and/or rigger(s). |
| Purchasing a commission grants you a license to use the artwork under these terms. Ownership and copyright remain with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing. |
| Commissioned work may not be used for AI training, datasets, image generation, NFTs, blockchain projects, or similar technologies. |
| Delivery of source files or editable assets does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reuse, redistribute, or create derivative works beyond the agreed licence. |
| Rights for streaming & promotional use on social media are included by default. |
| Please notify me if you wish to make modifications. I'm available to help anytime! |
| Source files (retextured pngs, PSD, Live2D .cmo3 files, etc.) created as part of the commission may not be shared with another artist or rigger without my written permission. Permission may be granted if I am unavailable to provide future updates or support. |
| Compatibility issues arising from third-party software, unsupported model combinations, or modifications made after delivery are not grounds for a refund. |

| Payment Plans are possible. |
| Payment (or the agreed initial payment for a payment plan) must be received before work begins. |
| Reasonable revisions are included during the agreed stages of the commission. Major revisions or changes requested after approval may incur additional fees. |
| Refunds are not offered once the initial payment has been made unless I am unable to complete and deliver the commissioned work. |
| Reasonable post-delivery support for the delivered commission will be provided. However, user error, incorrect setup, or issues caused by third-party software, modifications, or incompatible assets are not grounds for a refund. |

| If an order is canceled before starting, a re-schedule may be possible but not guaranteed. |
| The artist (miyuinthestars) reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: health concerns, emergencies, or serious communication issues. |
| The artist (miyuinthestars) reserves the right to cancel a commission if the commissioner has, during any moment, proven to be disrespectful and/or ill-disposed. Depending on the circumstances, a refund may or may not be offered. |
